Privacy policy

This policy explains what happens to your information when you visit this website or get in touch with Sarah-Jayne Sealy Photography (“I”, “me”).

What this site does not do

• It sets no cookies.
• It does not use local storage or any other way of recognising you between visits.
• It shows no third-party adverts and loads no third-party tracking scripts.

Information you send me

If you email or call me, I receive your name, contact details and whatever you tell me about your property and shoot. I use this only to reply, plan and deliver your shoot, and to send invoices. I keep it for as long as needed for that work and for tax records, then delete it.

Hosting logs

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes technical data such as IP addresses and browser type to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

Analytics

If analytics is switched on, the site sends anonymous page views and button clicks to PostHog’s EU servers. No cookies are set, no profile of you is built, and each page view uses a random identifier that is thrown away when you leave the page.

Your rights

Under UK and EU data protection law you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information I hold about you, or object to how I use it. Email me at the address on the contact section and I will respond within one month. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office or your local data protection authority.
